By our religious profession, we place our lives into the hands of the Church which receives our profession for the glory of God and the service of the poor. ~ Holy Rule

To serve the people of God in a spirit of heartfelt simplicity. 

We devote ourselves to the works of charity through the ministries of education, caring for the sick, the aging and the poor, wherever there is a need.

Because the habit worn by the Sisters does not reflect the dress of modern culture, it furthermore carries a symbolic message to the world at large that we, i.e., all of us, are not made for this world, but for the world to come.

The purpose for which our Congregation was founded is the sanctification of its members and the promotion of service to others.

We have a special devotion to the Virgin Mary under her many titles, especially that of Mary, Mother of the Church. Our devotion to Mary is one of unbounded confidence, childlike trust, and tender love for so magnificent a Mother. It is especially in Mary, Mother of the Church that we begin to understand our call to religious life more fully. In all that we do, we go to Jesus through Mary.
